NASI LEMAK

Nasi Lemak, or Coconut Flavored Rice was originated from Malay, adapted by the Nonyas. With the authentic taste, it's no wonder that Nasi Lemak gains its fame quickly and become part of the Singaporean traditional dishes. With the heavenly combination of coconut milk, spices into the preparation of the rice, this dish is also t ypically served together with fried ikan bilis (dried anchovies) and peanuts, sambal (sweet chilli), egg, fried chicken and sliced cucumber.
